Since childhood, Jeffrey has been fascinated with real estate as the intersection of geography, architecture and patterns of human settlement.  This interest led him to New York City where he earned a B.A. in urban planning from Hunter College. After college, Jeffrey cultivated his love of historic architecture and considerable architectural knowledge as an associate with NYC’s Landmarks Preservation Commission. Following his tenure with Landmarks, Jeffrey earned his J.D. at Georgia State University College of Law in Atlanta, with a concentration in Land Use and Property Law, including residential and commercial real estate transactions.

Although he has lived in many Atlanta neighborhoods over the last two decades, Jeffrey currently makes his home in a high-rise in Atlanta's vibrant Midtown community. There, he volunteers weekly with the Renewal Project at Crossroads to deliver mail and IDs to the unhoused. He has also served on the Executive Board of the Georgia Trust for Historic Preservation's Hay House museum for which he annually co-chaired the Trust’s Spring Stroll Tour of Gardens and Homes.

In his role as a Global Real Estate Advisor with Atlanta Fine Homes Sotheby’s International Realty, Jeffrey loves to leverage his legal training and experience to negotiate the best deals on behalf of his clients. His extensive experience owning and occupying a wide variety of housing types - from condos to single-family homes, from urban to rural settings – enables Jeffrey to expertly advise clients with diverse needs at all life stages.  Jeffrey’s attention to detail enables him to manage all aspects of a transaction and endow both buyers and sellers with clarity, empowering them to make their best decisions. In his spare time, Jeffrey travels, exercises daily and collects vintage automobiles.
