Susan Benson

Susie Benson is a native Richmonder. She is a graduate of Collegiate School and Salem College in Winston-Salem, N.C. After graduation, Susie taught World History, Government, and Art History to Upper School students at Collegiate. Susie is married to Taylor Benson, a graduate of the University of Richmond. They have 3 grown children and six adorable grandchildren, ranging in ages from 26-8 years old!

Susie has been in residential Real Estate for 40 years. She has consistently been a Distinguished Producer, and has earned her GRI status. Susie has experienced the many variables of the real estate market, and has been a great source of information about the many aspects of the Richmond. She personally handles all her transactions, and credits her tremendous success in real estate due to her dedicated service to her clients.

Susie serves on the Advisory Board of Massey Comprehensive Cancer Center, and has served on the Board of Trustees and Alumni Board of Collegiate School, and has been an active member of Grace and Holy Trinity Episcopal Church. She also belongs to the Virginia Museum of Fine Arts, the Virginia Historical Society, and the Tuckahoe Garden Club of Westhampton.

Susie enjoys showing her clients around Richmond and all its wonderful neighborhoods. She is very knowledgeable in introducing newcomers to her unique interests by showing them the different opportunities that Richmond offers.

In her spare time, Susie enjoys swimming, walking, and spending time at her river cottage.
