Since moving to Atlanta in 2000, Betsy has pursued her career in real estate with passion and excellence, becoming a top-tier producer every year. Graduating with an honors degree in finance, her background is deeply rooted in the financial services industry, including banking, corporate accounting and Big Four consulting.
Betsy's professional success in residential real estate is due in large part to her financial acumen and extensive training in the art of negotiation. In addition to her focus on buyer and seller representation in the residential home marketplace, Betsy is able to identify investment opportunities for her clients and has closed numerous income-producing properties, as well as out-of-state vacation homes. Betsy was named the 'Rookie of the Year' during her first year in real estate, and she has consistently been a leading producer, both in her office and around the City of Atlanta. Most recently, Betsy was named a top-10 agent locally for a company with more than 1,000 agents and Top 3% worldwide. Betsy has been awarded the Phoenix Award for her status as a Top Producer with the Atlanta REALTORS® Association for 10 consecutive years. Betsy consistently ranks as the Top 5% Individual with the Atlanta REALTORS® Association.
In 2021, Betsy and her daughter, Mary Corder Harrell, joined forces to form The Betsy Meagher Team. Together they closed over $57M in 2022-2023. They are proud to be the #1 Small Team in the Atlanta Fine Homes Sotheby’s International Realty Intown office.
Outside of work, Betsy loves spending time with her family, exploring local coffee shops, walking at Chastain Park and hunting for antiques.
