Since becoming a licensed Realtor® in 2005, Judy Carlsson has received the NJ Realtors® Circle of Excellence Award recognizing her demonstrated merit in the field of salesmanship. Also, from 2013 on, New Jersey Monthly magazine has listed her as a Five Star Real Estate Agent. Judy has earned the Accredited Buyer's Representative (ABR) designation, establishing her commitment to providing outstanding service for real estate buyers and is a titled e-Pro, indicating proficiency with the most advanced real estate technology. She is an engaged attendant at National and New Jersey Realtor® educational events, including biannual seminars by the Otteau Valuation Group, an industry leader in the complex field of real estate market analysis.

Judy holds a BS degree from Columbia University and an MBA in Finance from Pace University. The latter led to positions as a financial analyst and accounting manager. Having lived with her family in Chatham for 36 years, she is a former member of the Chatham Township Planning Board and its Environmental Commission and has held numerous positions in Chatham Township's PTO and Cub Scouts Pack 24.
