Maya Kadouri

Maya possesses exceptional negotiation skills along with an extensive understanding of the Manhattan market and its various neighborhoods. Her experience in all facets of the industry proves to be invaluable to buyers, sellers and developers alike.
With over a decade of experience in both Resale and New Development sales, Maya Kadouri continuously surpasses sales expectations in transacting deals in the Residential Manhattan Market with over $1.5 Billion in sales. Ranking in the Real Deal's Top New Development Brokers in 2022 and 14th place as an agent in Manhattan in 2019 in the firm and top 3% companywide. Currently she leads the sales effort at The Belnord as Sales Director with over $500MM in sales. She began her focus in new development sales in 2014, and has worked on various projects in New York City, with over half a billion in sales including having specialized in conversions, luxury residential property sales, and investments. Working hand in hand with developers and consulting on the various marketing, design and sales components, she is able to draw upon her expertise to consult on projects from pre-development all the way through the final stages of sales and closing. The last new development conversion project had ranked #1 for volume of signed deals in 2017 for the UES market.
Using her experience and knowledge in both new development and resale transactions, she's able to consistently guide and advise her buyers and sellers alike in every aspect of their sale and purchase. Her negotiation skills in both resale sales and purchases, along with her honed new development experience allows her to achieve and exceed her sellers and buyers expectations. She believes in full service and fostering an environment that alleviates the stress of the selling or purchasing process for her respective clients.
Maya earned her B.Com in Business Management with a concentration in Marketing at McGill University. She is fluent in French and Hebrew and proficient in Spanish. She currently serves on the Board of her own condominium, having raised her children in Manhattan. She is also a member of ACC (Animal Care Centers of NYC), WCS (Wildlife Conservation Society) and supports global projects for children's welfare, and education through the SQ Foundation.
