Alisha Lloyd brings an exceptional work ethic and an attentive approach to Halstead Property. She is dedicated, focused and loyal and is always willing to go the extra mile for her clients and customers. Alisha has been involved with real estate for 11 years and loves everything about New York City. Her areas of expertise include Harlem, the Upper West Side and Brooklyn, but she knows all areas of the city very well. She is very passionate about working in real estate and finds nothing more rewarding than matching a client to their dream home. Born in Fort Wayne, Indiana, Alisha grew up in Wilmington, Delaware and graduated from Wesley College before moving to New York City in 2001. It was then that she got a job working for Conde Naste and showed a proficiency working in a demanding and high pressure environment, excelling and becoming a valuable asset to the company. She proved especially adept at personal service and working closely with individual VIP clients. Alisha then worked as a Personal Assistant to celebrities and her client list included such high profile stars as Harvey Keitel, Rocco DiSpirito and James Garner. It is in this experience that Alisha learned how to work with the most demanding clients and meet every request with diligence and efficiency. She is very well organized, detail oriented and is always makes herself available. She treats her clients as if they were celebrities. Alisha previously lived in Bedford Stuyvesant, Brooklyn, but recently moved to Pearl River, NY. She has a 7-year-old son and is involved with fundraising at his school, specifically with the PTA at Franklin Avenue Elementary and is the co-chairperson for the schools largest fundraiser Muddy Creek Winter Carnival. She also volunteers with the Pearl River Community Cleanup each year. In her free time, she enjoys playing tennis, bowling and running with a local runners club. She was an All American Field Hockey player and Female Athlete of the Year in college.
