Neil Tilbury

A true real estate professional, Neil Tilbury is now enjoying his 19th year in the industry. Neil works diligently and steadily to provide his clients with the best possible service and to deliver results. Born and raised in England, he worked in the hotel and wine trades in London. He then decided to travel the world, and made his way to Australia via Europe, the Middle East and Asia. He eventually settled here in New York City, continuing to travel as a guidebook author and a sales manager in the adventure travel industry. After living in various Manhattan neighborhoods over the years, Neil decided to combine his love and knowledge of the city with his business acumen and people skills to enter the exciting real estate industry. He has since closed hundreds of deals throughout the city, working with everyone from first time buyers and experienced investors to major developers. A terrific listener, Neil is able to relate to buyers and sellers alike, helping them achieve their real estate goals with his winning combination of market knowledge, enthusiasm and hard work. An active member of New York Road Runners, Neil took up running in 2004 and has now completed ten marathons. This included six NYC Marathons as a member of Team In Training, raising funds for The Leukemia & Lymphoma Society. Neil also ran the London, Rome, Tokyo and Paris Marathons. After trying for 18 months to sell my co-op apartment with another agent/agency, I hired Neil Tilbury of Halstead Property. He understood the parameters for a purchaser that would please my co-op board. And within 2 1/2 months we closed. He did a fabulous job selling my apartment quickly and at the exact price I wanted.
