YETTY ARP

Yetty's outstanding negotiation skills and in-depth knowledge of Atlanta have earned her Life Member status with the Atlanta REALTORS® Association Top Producers. She has also been awarded the prestigious Phoenix Award, which requires many years of Top Producer status.

Yetty's wealth of expertise covers all aspects of real estate brokerage, including commercial and residential properties, leased and investment properties and working with buyers and sellers. Her unique perspective on Atlanta real estate and extensive knowledge of the northeast Georgia lake communities where she has a residence (Lakes Rabun and Burton) makes her an asset to Atlanta Fine Homes Sotheby's International Realty, where she is a dedicated Broker Associate.

Beyond her impressive real estate career, Yetty is an active member of the Atlanta community and has been recognized for her lifetime dedication to civic engagement by being elected to Leadership Atlanta, Class of 1997. She has served on the Board of Trustees for multiple nonprofit organizations, including The Lovett School, Oglethorpe University, Children's Healthcare of Atlanta Foundation, Emory University's Rollins School of Public Health Dean's Council, The Atlanta Symphony Associates and The Atlanta Ballet to name a few.

Yetty received her education from The Lovett School, Vanderbilt University and Oglethorpe University, where she graduated summa cum laude. She is married to Dr. Charles R. Arp, her Lovett sweetheart, and together they have three accomplished daughters and two beloved grandchildren.
