To him, the most important elements in assuring success are listening closely to people's needs, communicating pertinent information, and following through on every detail to make the process smooth and seamless.

Originally from Syosset, NY Steve earned his bachelor's degree in Business Administration from Hofstra University. Upon graduation, he moved to South Florida and pursued a career in retail sales and management, simultaneously earning his MBA in Business Administration from Nova Southeastern University. His background in business analysis combined with his eye for investment value insures that Steve's clients and customers always get the best deal. Another thing he strives for is to keep people focused on the financial realities of a real estate transaction so as not to become overwhelmed with the emotional aspect of a real estate purchase or sale.

Steve has been a full time real estate professional since 1997 beginning in Manhattan and since 2005 on Long Island's beautiful East End.

Outside of his passion for real estate, Steve makes time to partake in the many offerings afforded to him by his wonderful surroundings. He loves to cook, eat, and alas, frequent the gym to work it off. Steve is also an avid reader and tennis player.
