Kim Fleming

As a Newport County resident for many years, Kim has become a trusted authority in the real estate market and invaluable resource to buyers and sellers alike. As a licensed real estate agent since 1989, Kim has transitioned from broker/owner of her own real estate company to a full-time Broker associate serving Rhode Island and Massachusetts. Kim has extensive experience in building and renovating properties of her own and has developed an eye for interior styling and design. Through her years of experience, Kim has honed her negotiating skills and offers a pro-active approach towards problem solving. Throughout her life, Kim has traveled extensively and lived abroad in London with her family. She is a proud mom to three beautiful daughters, two who have graduated from St. Andrews University in Scotland and London College of Fashion. Her youngest is currently attending Fordham University. Throughout the years, she has volunteered at their various schools: Saint Philomena School, Portsmouth Public Schools, St. Michael’s Country Day School, and Rogers High School as well as supported their extracurricular activities in the arts and sporting leagues. She and her Aussie husband David make their home in Newport, Rhode Island, where they enjoy taking full advantage of the beautiful area in which they live.
