Brian Burns

A member of “Who’s Who in Luxury Real Estate” and a two time Ninja Installation Graduate, Brian’s mission is to create a real estate experience for his clients that goes beyond the transaction, transcending into a lasting relationship built on trust and outstanding service. He emphasizes three essential qualities that distinguish the best in the biz from others: effective communication, attentive listening and understanding. He articulates his approach, stating, “I like to listen, ask questions and understand what it is my clients want, and more importantly, why they want it.”

Originally licensed in Orange County, California in 1989, Brian relocated to Breckenridge, Colorado in 1992. He obtained his Broker license in 1994, and proceeded to establish his own independent firm. After flourishing as a Broker/Owner in the Rockies for 12 years, he made the decision to transition to a less snow-laden environment, leading to a complete change in scenery as he settled in the desert in 2006. Since 2008, Brian has been affiliated with Sotheby’s International Realty, further enhancing his professional trajectory. In 2024, he teamed up with his wife, Nancy Figueroa. Together, they have over 45 years of experience, knowledge & expertise.

Brian & Nancy enjoy an active and adventurous lifestyle. They love being outdoors in nature. Hiking, golfing, snowboarding/skiing, boating & wake surfing are among their favorite activities. And they truly enjoy the quintessential Las Vegas experience…shows, concerts, amazing restaurants and more. “Because we live it, love it and know it so well, we like to think of ourselves as a resource to our clients for the Vegas Lifestyle, just as much as a resource for real estate.” Brian & Nancy live in Summerlin with their American Bulldog, Ruby.
