As a top-producing real estate agent serving New Braunfels and the greater Central Texas region, Iñaky Strick is known for his relentless work ethic, strategic mindset, and obsession with delivering standout results. Whether working with first-time buyers, luxury sellers, or developers, Inaky’s approach is rooted in relationships, performance, and trust. Every deal is personal — and his mission is to crush your real estate goals while making the process feel effortless.

Inaky brings a unique edge to the table. His background includes leading sales for luxury developments in the Caribbean, securing capital for multimillion-dollar projects, and negotiating deals with high-profile partners, including work alongside entrepreneur Gary Vaynerchuk. His deep knowledge of new construction, custom builds, and waterfront properties makes him a go-to resource for buyers and sellers navigating high-stakes transactions.

Today, Inaky leads The Strick Group under the Kuper Sotheby’s International Realty brand, backed by a trusted support team, proven marketing systems, and an expanding network of referral partners. His insider access to builders, investors, and high-end off-market listings consistently gives his clients the upper hand.

Born in Mexico City and raised in The Woodlands, Inaky credits his entrepreneurial spirit to his mother — a successful single mom and nutritionist — who taught him the value of perseverance, integrity, and hustle. He’s a proud graduate of Texas State University’s McCoy College of Business, a certified negotiation expert, and the author of an Amazon #1 best-selling book, The One Thing That Changed Everything.

Outside of real estate, Inaky is just as competitive. He’s an avid pickleball player, traveler, and adrenaline enthusiast who enjoys scuba diving, snowboarding, and first-class adventures with his partner, Sam. Locally, he’s an active member of the New Braunfels Chamber of Commerce and Jaycees, committed to building community and connecting people through meaningful experiences.

If you’re looking for someone who knows how to navigate the numbers and the human side of real estate — someone who knows when to push, when to pivot, and when to go all in — Iñaky’s your guy.Born in Mexico City, Iñaky moved to The Woodlands, Texas when he was 12. He considers his mom to be his biggest inspiration for raising him and his younger sister on her own while building a successful career as one of Mexico City’s top nutritionists. Iñaky graduated from the McCoy College of Business at Texas State University before earning his license to sell real estate in Houston. A strategic move to the Caribbean would allow Inaky to expand his knowledge of off-shore real estate developments as Business Development Manager for the first and largest luxury-branded resort in Belize. While marketing and selling units to prestigious clients, Iñaky also helped foster the business relationship between resort principals and American entrepreneur Gary Vaynerchuck. Innaky’s next role would be with a private real estate investment firm as the director of investor relations raising capital for large development projects—an experience that continues to inform his work today. He has since worked for several large national and international real estate firms serving the Texas market where he’s consistently ranked among top-performing area agents.
Along with his professional accomplishments in real estate, Iñaky is the author of an Amazon #1 best-selling book called The One Thing That Changed Everything. He’s a member of New Braunfels Jaycee and the New Braunfels Chamber of Commerce and is a nationally recognized leading real estate agent in New Braunfels, TX.
