Whether it be finding the right neighborhood for her buyers or attracting multiple offers for listings and negotiating top-dollar deals, Tracy loves helping people find their perfect home. She has helped clients buy and sell homes throughout DFW, and she does it all with a smile. Tracy understands the distinctness of each local real estate market, knows how to listen to what people want, and works tirelessly on behalf of her amazing clients. Tracy grew up in Waco and received her degree in Dallas from the University of North Texas. She taught and coached basketball in North Dallas for 20 years. Tracy felt a calling into a different career, stepped out in faith, and joined the real estate world. She has never looked back and truly loves the relationship side of helping her clients. Tracy understands that finding the right home has as much to do with the surrounding community as it does with the house's feel. Tracy lives in McKinney, Texas, with her husband and her lab Dixie. She is blessed with four amazing adult children. Tracy enjoys her mornings on the patio drinking a sugar-free mocha from Dutch Bros while doing her quiet time.
