Paul Loeb CBR

Born and raised in Greenport, NY, Paul has a strong understanding of the North Fork community and real estate market. Paul began selling real estate on the North Fork in 2006, and to date has sold 203 North Fork properties and rented 136 North Fork Properties. 91 sales were in Greenport (32 of those were in Greenport Village).

As a past real estate investor, Paul has purchased, renovated, rented and sold both single and multi-family homes on the North Fork; a unique insight for any home buyer or seller. Of the homes he's worked on, several of these were older and in need of major work. Paul prides himself in saving a home and returning it to a vibrant, usable property in the community for everyone to appreciate and enjoy. With prior experience working on computer programs for a number of corporations in Manhattan, Paul has understanding and appreciation of the corporate workplace, as well as how technology can assist in the sale and/or purchase of real estate.

With Paul's nineteen years of experience selling real estate on the North Fork, his knowledge and experience with renovating homes, and his experience as a Buyer's Representative, clients will find him both hospitable, knowledgeable and financially savvy as they work together to buy or sell a home.
