Bonnie J Pierce

Bonnie Pierce is a Senior Broker at Wallace & Co. Sotheby’s International Realty, where she has been an integral part of the team since 1999. With a real estate career that began in 1985, Bonnie brings decades of experience and deep market knowledge to her clients.

A proud Island native with roots going back over four generations, Bonnie’s family history is woven into the fabric of Martha’s Vineyard — including the Manuel F. Correllus State Forest, named after her grandfather. She and her husband, Tom Pierce of T.C. Pierce Enterprises, have raised their three children — Ryan, Taylor, and Hayley — on the Island, and are now enjoying time with their growing family, including grandchildren.

Known for her professionalism, attention to detail, and strong communication skills, Bonnie is a trusted advisor who remains hands-on from the first meeting through a successful closing — and often well beyond. She values the long-term relationships she builds with clients and considers it a privilege to be part of their Vineyard story.

In her free time, Bonnie enjoys exploring the Island’s scenic trails, running, and spending time outdoors with family. She thrives in the collaborative, high-integrity environment of Wallace & Co.
