Beginning his career at Douglas Elliman in 2008, John immediately built a reputation as a diligent and hard-working agent for his clients, gaining vast knowledge and insight into the NYC Real Estate market along the way. John brought a robust construction background to his real estate career: his experience as a carpenter, electrician, and general contractor provided him with invaluable insights working with home owners and the nuances of New York City properties. His unique skill set helped him guide sales clients with a depth of knowledge that set him apart in a competitive market, which he now freely shares with those around him.
Besides his real estate accomplishments, John's first love is theater, and he's appeared in many regional theaters plus various movies and television shows throughout the years. His most cherished memory from his acting career was the two+ years he spent touring the country -- visiting 48 of the 50 states – bringing theater to rural communities throughout America. The not only helped hone his communication skills, but also exposed him to multiple cultures and peoples across the land, fostering an ability to relate to and connect with diverse audiences.
Outside of work, John is an avid bike rider, kayaker and sports enthusiast who enjoys traveling anywhere in the world with the love of his life. He believes in maintaining a healthy work-life balance, which fuels his passion for helping his agents and teams maximize their full potential both professionally and personally.
