My more than 20 years as a real estate professional in Maine have afforded me vast experience in the market's complex shifts. We recently spent the last few years adapting to a frenzied phase of home buying in Maine. Currently, the market seems to be balancing a bit. However, competition for properties remains brisk as we still lack inventory. The industry is embracing technological advances, and homeowners are increasingly concerned with sustainability. More than ever, buyers are exploring homes online, and sellers need top-notch marketing to stand out. Maine is a place that has long inspired artists, creators, and writers, and it also draws those inspired to “love where you live” (and calls many of us back after being away.) My devotion to this beautiful state runs deep - from the vibrant, artsy, foody city of Portland to the extreme tidal waters of Lubec. I am a 7th-generation Mainer and a descendant of the Savage family of Northeast Harbor, a family of renowned architects, landscape designers, cartographers, boat builders, hoteliers, and seafarers. They shaped the environment of my youth and cultivated an enduring appreciation for design, a sense of place, community, hospitality, and the story of home.

My work in real estate, love of Maine, and pursuit of challenge and adventure (from Ironman triathlons to sailing the Drake Passage) have given me expertise, grit, determination, and a competitive spirit, all of which I use to advise, represent, and advocate for my clients.

Outside of real estate, I'm deeply involved in the community. I serve on the Board of the Portland Velo Club, lead rides, and am a cycling advocate. I’m also an active member of the Portland Chamber of Commerce. My husband and I live in Cumberland Foreside and enjoy spending time with friends and family cruising on our Legacy 34 in Casco Bay, wintertime at our cabin on Mooselookmeguntic Lake, and skiing at Saddleback.
